Although I wasn’t satisfied with product, (I think my neck may be too petite for the standard size pillow) this seller has great customer service. They really care about their customers and they will do what it takes to make them happy!

Sew Perfect
This pillow is very well made, soft, yet firm enough and will support your head in a variety of sleeping positions. The easily removable (for washing) case is made of microfibers which are soft & comfortable and will promote cooling when you sleep. The pillow is sized to fit inside a standard pillowcase, if you decide to use one to help keep it clean.

Pillow feels cool and refreshing. I love that it has a spot for your hands. I feel like it’s best for someone who sleeps on their back. Also, I wish it were a little bit thicker. However, it’s still a very comfortable pillow.

The memory foam is very dense, yet soft enough that you sleep comfortably. My daughter slept through the night, but did not feel the cooling effect though. This is a high quality and affordable and comfty pillow.

This pillow has really improved my sleep quality. The ergonomic design provides great support for my neck and shoulders, and the hollow center fits my head naturally. I like having the two height options, it’s easy to switch depending on whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. Both feel comfortable and supportive without being too firm. The memory foam keeps its shape well and doesn’t flatten out during the night, which has been an issue with other pillows I’ve tried. The cooling pillowcase is a great addition, it feels smooth and breathable, and I haven’t woken up overheated since using it. The massage dots are a nice touch too. I didn’t expect much from them, but they do help my neck feel more relaxed in the morning. Cleaning is easy since the cover is removable and machine washable. Overall, it’s a solid pillow that balances comfort and support really well.

I often get neck pain and/or headaches when I sleep. At a professional massage place, they had just started using this style of pillows and I remember them being so comfy during the session. I had purchased another in a similar style (that was narrower than this pillow) and it was comfortable for short rests, however since the "cradle" part of the pillow physically cradled my head, I think my body was not able to move as normal throughout the night, and I started waking up with more headaches. This pillow has a much wider cradle, so my neck is still able to shift and turn as needed without being "locked" into place. The area in the center that has the hole does a lot to relieve neck and head pressure and tension. So far two days slept through the night without a headache! The cover is removable (nice) and feels cool to the touch. In a next evolution of this pillow, I would love to see a second color also offered with a dark grey or black as the top fabric, since the white on these type...More

I purchased the pillow because I was having neck pains each morning after sleeping. After the first night I IMMEDIATELY felt the difference. The neck pain is gone and I’m getting much more quality sleep. I highly recommend this pillow. I am a side sleeper primarily.

I’ve tried many special pillows. Many. This one works far, far better than any others. I have a pinched nerve in my lower neck, and the pain runs from a 3 to a 10 on a 10 point scale. On a usual day, my pain is 3 - 6. Some days, my pain is a 10 … and then I’m incapacitated. I’ve had this pillow for about a month mow, and my neck pain rarely goes over a 2. A MIRACLE!!! The pillow has a front and a back, with the foam shaped differently and in a different location, and you choose which one works for your neck. You’ll notice this when you open the box. Of course, you can try one, then the other - just reverse the pillow so the other side is under your neck. My neck LOVES the sharper foam edge that sits low on my neck. It seems to put slight pressure between my shoulders and my neck - and very slightly stretches my neck … just where the pinched nerve is. The rounder edge might work better for someone with more general neck pain, or with cervical issues in the middle of your neck, ...More

I am pleased I bought this pillow. I’ve had neck pain and wake up with stiffness despite sleeping on a purple pillow. This pillow has been magical. I don’t like to hype things up too soon, but I have been having less to no pains after waking up. It has the perfect mid support when laying on your back. I’ve read other reviews about smell? Mine was fine. I opened from the package and gave it 3+ hours to inflate or whatever . Good price for product.

I got this pillow after suffering for weeks with a deep muscle spasm under my shoulder blade. The pillow helped to orient my neck in the correct position while sleeping. It worked well even when I switched positions throughout the night. I even coupled it with mild heat while just relaxing in bed. Highly recommend!

When I received this pillow, it was nicely vacuum packed. After opening the bag, I allowed the pillow to fully expand and air a bit before using it later that night. It is funny looking with having curves and flaps, but I later learned that they serve a purpose for arm comfort. I've slept with it now for several nights and it is amazing how versatile a pillow it is. There are literally 8 ways you can arrange it to sleep on. You can use the front smoothly padded side and flip it on all 4 edges as desired. You can do the same on the back side, which doubles the usage. It absolutely conforms to my head and feels cool. The pillow case is super soft, but not slippery, unlike some other pillows I've used before. I am very picky about pillows because my neck hurts if I don't sleep well at night. With this pillow, it passed the test, because I haven't had neck pains since using it.

After 2 years-hundreds of dollars I finally found the perfect pillow! Soft material- my hair wasn’t insane after waking up- no strain on my bulging discs in my neck- slept hard great on back and side- 20/20 buying a second one for my mother in laws house

I had similar pillows. I needed a new one and went with this one. It is comfortable and I wake up with no pain on my neck. It is soft but firm enough to support my neck and back. I sleep on my back so this is the position I'm rating the pillow on.
